Is there a free plan?: Yes! Our Free plan lets you monitor 1 Xero organisation with basic health checks and weekly email digests. Perfect for trying Finlo before upgrading.
Do I need a credit card to start?: No credit card required for the free plan or 14-day Pro trial. You only need payment details when you're ready to subscribe to a paid plan.
Can I change plans later?: Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately and we'll prorate any differences.
What payment methods do you accept?: We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All payments are securely processed in GBP.
